Requirements In order for DWES to even be able to consider your film financing request, we will need certain documents from you that need to be included in your film project package when submitted to us. Without these documents, we will not be able to help you. These documents are: A copy of the script. Bios on talent and professional team. Copies of talent LOI's. A - List Only!!!! Executive Summary to include distribution, marketing and shooting locations. USA entities: tax incentives and projected revenues. Any and all product brand placements. Wish list. An LOI from distribution. Budget plans. Letter of commitment from actors, producers and or directors. Synopsis. PPM in place. Distribution rights. Joint Venture rights if needed. Film project must be advanced and fully developed. USA based films ONLY. $3 Million minimum film projects. Other documents may be asked for at a later date. You MUST be the direct client. You MUST be the owner of the film project. We are mostly looking for GREENLIGHT and or GREENLIT projects with a complete business plan that are ready to go and have been approved by the studios. No information will be shared or provided without certain documentations and or agreements in place. NO exceptions! No conference calls and or meetings will take place between any lender and or investor with any client without proper documentations in place. These documentations will be NCND’s that will include all parties involved and Fee Agreements upon approval of film project. NO exceptions! Steps that are needed in order to do business with us. Without these steps, we will not be able to help you. This may change at any time without any notice. We do NOT charge any upfront fees of any kind. 1. Review our requirements for film funding on this page. You MUST meet them. 2. If you meet our requirements, then you will need to complete our project checklist that will be emailed to you by us. 3. After we receive our completed project checklist back from you and or your client, we then will need our NCND and Fee Agreement completed and signed by you and or your client. 4. After and ONLY after all of the above items are in place, we will then forward your project to our investors. NOT before! A Business Plan & Executive Summary -Terms of Repayment (How the investor will be paid back) -A copy of Letter of Incorporation -Current Stock/Member Ownership Records -Estimated Budget. FILM PROJECTS: Above & Below the line itemized budget. -FILM PROJECTS: A Completion Bond & Insurance -Letter of Interest or Intent (LOI) - A - List Only!!!! -Private Placement Memorandum (PPM) -Intellectual Property (patents, trademarks, copyrights) -Management Team bios -Website address (if available) |
